No money, no friends, no job? No worries - there's an app for that! It'll give your life a purpose and earn you some cash. You'll just have to... get back in shape a bit.

PLAN
First, set up your workout. Choose what you want to focus on - Strength, Endurance or Agility and train away. Just remember to rest a lot. Balancing your Stamina is key to efficiency.

TRAIN
Observe as the magic happens. Or not, you can set up a timer (30/60 min) and come back to check the results.

POWER UP
With great experience comes great power. Create your own fighting style by choosing techniques from absolutely genuine martial arts schools.

FIGHT!
Finally, take on the real problems of the world. Fight sneaky hidden parking meters, combat traffic issues, solve some dudes romantic life. Just remember, always Violence is the Answer!

Violence is the Answer is a prototype of light time management/idle/RPG game. I made it in Godot in a span of 3-4 months. I've never done anything in this engine before and wanted to check if I'd be able to make anything playable. If you happen to like the prototype please let me know in the comments. If you don't like it - write a comment too, I can take it (I hope).
I used mostly free art and music from the internet. Main hero is an asset bought from https://momongaa.itch.io/ and some stuff I took from https://ansimuz.itch.io/. UI is modified Soft Retro theme https://intergenic.itch.io/godot-theme-soft-retro

Shadow boxing lvl 9 uses more stamina than level 8?

Nice job for a first Godot project! The concept of mixing idle game with fighting mechanic and day plan is unique and I like it. Waiting for next update :)
it's not bad but will need improvements, rather than get rid of the 1 min 30 min 60 min you could make a active mode and afk mode, in the afk mode the game will continue to loop on the actual set-up routine at a slow (not too much slow) rate while the active mode could be the 1 min but no loop ? well it would need more content to be usefull of course
Yup, agreed. More content is needed either way. I feel the prototype is stuck a bit between being idle and not idle but maybe embracing it would be a way to go?

why would I want it to take an hour
You’re at work and don’t have time to play but still want to make some Progress. Set up training plan, choose 1 hour, then come back after an hour to see how it went. A bit like a Pomodoro timer. But yeah, a lot of people arę complaining about it being useless so I’ll rework it or get rid of it altogether.
